Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg or egg replacer
1 cup tapioca, corn, or arrowroot starch
1/2 cup millet or sorghum flour
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup coconut milk or other milk substitute

Method:
Combine all ingredients except milk in a medium bowl. Slowly add milk while stirring and break up any lumps. The batter will be relatively thin.
Heat about 1/4″ oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Scoop out with cookie scoop and drop into hot oil. Flip after a minute or so.
Remove from oil and place on paper towels.
Glaze, then repeat process with the next batches until batter is finished.

Glaze:
In another bowl melt margarine and chocolate chips in the microwave for a minute,
adding 30 seconds and stirring if additional time is needed.
Add the milk substitute and powdered sugar. Mix until not lumpy, then drizzle over donuts.

not really.

So today, according to Dhut, Dhot went to the mega food sale.But actually Dhut, it was a mega halal food sale.Dhot scared to eat non-halal food.Later Dhot kena infected with swine flu.So Dhot went to eat ~~nasikangkang~~ nasi lemak. The makcik very nice. She gave Dhot free pineapple tart after Dhot told her that she looked sexy in her kebaya.Haha..makciks nowadays ah.tsktsktsk

Then Dhot went home taking the train.Too bad the train was too crowded.There is not much space for Dhot to show Dhot's mad skillz on the pole.The people would not even let Dhot get hold of the pole.Because they were so old they had to hold the pole.Although it was so cold and it had a lot of mould they still would not let go of the pole like as if on the ground there is a hole and *"oi!shuddup!"*

Zzzz. Anyway,Dhut texted Dhot saying that he saw his eyecandy.Or rather,my eyecandy actually.And tried to make me jealous.So what man?I saw Mariah Carey today!

Okay,Dhot wants to study now because Dhot is stupid.

Whassup dhuttydos?

Today Dhut went home without Dhot because Dhot left Dhut for the food mega sale. You see, Dhot loves eating so much, that he would sacrifice anything just to satisfy his stomach. But it's okay, Dhut is a nice person and Dhut understands.

So Dhut went home and took the subway. When the train arrived, Dhut saw her eyecandy, no, not Dhot, but her real eyecandy. He was on the other side so Dhut couldn't see anymore clearer. Oh, and for your info, Dhot's eyecandy, is an eye-shaped candy. Yes, that's how crazy Dhot is over food than Dhut.

So Dhut decided to get something from the mall before Dhutting home. Dhut texted Dhot a few times, and Dhut can see that Dhot was very very jealous because Dhot was totally forgotten when Dhut's eyecandy came popping out of nowhere.

Dhot texted Dhut from the subway till Dhut was in the mall. And yes, Dhut didn't have time to practice poledancing in the train due to Dhot's constant messages. >( At the mall, Dhut saw a group of wet soil from Canberra, Australia, (well one of them was wearing the shirt) with a fascinating supertop hats that covered only 1% of the head. Dhut as usual was so fascinated by them but at the same time scared that the wet soils would come disturbing Dhut. Dhut texted Dhot of it, so Dhot was wary about it and told Dhut to be careful. Dhut decided to forget about stalking the wet soils and bought cards for her tests.

Now Dhut is tired and wants to sleep and replenish some energy for tomorrow's train poledancing.
